Coastal Family Health Center -- Providers G. Wendell Tollerton, MD, Medical Director Dr. Tollerton joined CFHC in September of 2004 as Medical Director. Dr. Tollerton sees patients 12 hours per week at the clinic and provides 12 hours of administrative oversight as well. Dr. Tollerton is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician with over 10 years experience as a physician. Dr. Tollerton relocated from Tillamook Oregon to Astoria this year. Scott Ashley, MD Dr. Ashley joined CFHC in September of 2003 as a full time physician. Dr. Ashley sees patients 36 hours per week. Dr. Ashley came to Astoria from his residency in Colorado and is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician. Joanne Richardson-Tollerton, MD Dr. Richardson joined CFHC in July of 2004 as a fulltime physician. D. Richardson sees patients 24 hours per week. Dr. Richardson is a Board eligible Family Practice Physician and relocated from Tillamook Oregon this year. Stephen “Tony” Leonardo, PA-C Mr. Leonardo joined CFHC in March of 2003 as a full time Physician Assistant. Mr. Leonardo sees patients 36 hours per week and is certified in Family Practice. Sandra “Sandy” Kosik, PA-C Ms Kosik joined CFHC in January 2003 at the start of the clinic as a full time Physician Assistant, she is currently working half time for Coastal Family Health Center. Ms Kosik sees patients 18 per week and is certified in Family Practice.
